So you've got a killer event set up. And you've placed some items in the bin that says "Items to deliver later."
But how do you actually deliver them?
From either your calendar view or the 'edit event' view, click on the 'admin view' link.
You're now on the 'admin view' and you'll see 3 columns:
This column has a list of items you've prepared ahead of time, but haven't delivered to the audience yet. To deliver an item to the audience, just click the button titled 'push' by that item. Immediately, all devices that are connected to the event will see that item.
This column is under serious development but will eventually show notes, pictures, etc. that audience members generate.
This column shows you what the audience sees and lets you monitor how audience members are engaging with the items. You'll see realtime poll results and all the answers submitted for short answer questions. So if you want to do live Q&A or comment on a poll's results, you can view them here.
Pushing an item:
To deliver an item to the audience, just click the button titled 'push' by that item. Immediately, all devices that are connected to the event will see that item.
Removing an item:
Did you push something by mistake? You can click the delete button underneath it in the right column to pull it off the audience view. Beware, you'll lose results associated with that item.
The admin view is your one stop shop to monitor and run an event.
